Your workspace is where you'll manage your team, phone numbers, and call flows. This guide helps you configure your workspace for optimal performance.

Workspace Settings

To access your workspace settings:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right
  2. Select "Workspace Settings"

Here you can configure:

  • Workspace name and description
  • Time zone and business hours
  • Default language
  • Billing information

Team Management

Add team members to your workspace:

  1. Go to "Team" in the left sidebar
  2. Click "Add Team Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Assign a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
  5. Click "Send Invite"

Call Routing Basics
